Coffee with a Curator

Join us for this month's Coffee with a Curator, where we delve into the captivating world of Surrealism with an introductory lecture by The Dalí Museum’s Senior Curator, Dr. William Jeffett. This session celebrates the opening of our groundbreaking exhibition, Alberto Giacometti & Salvador Dalí: Through & Beyond Surrealism, the first in the United States to present these two iconic artists side by side.

Experience a rich selection of Giacometti’s paintings, sculptures, and archival materials from the Fondation Giacometti, displayed alongside Dalí’s masterpieces from The Dalí Museum’s collection. This exhibition highlights the intriguing parallels in their artistic visions and the distinctiveness of their individual styles, offering a fresh perspective on their contributions to the Surrealist movement.
