Yoga, beer, rose & mimosas

Join us for a morning flow in the in the beer garden (weather permitting) led by Crystal Kage!

* *During the fall, we will be inside the main taproom of GCB if it's too cold.**

Following the class, yogis can enjoy a complimentary beer, rose, or mimosa and great company! Ask your beertenders about brunch specials from LALA resturant next door as well!

This class is for ALL levels, both new and experienced yogis, or for those who just want to come for the savasana and beer. Starts at 10am!

Bring your own mat, towel, water, sunscreen, and friends!
