Rocket Party Yoga Class with Live Guitar

A playful 90-minute Rocket 3 Master Class with live jams played by guitarist Luke Bonner will keep the energy flowing and the vibes high. Rooted in Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, the Rocket 3 series combines the Rocket 1 standing and seated sequences with the Rocket 2 floor sequence for a one-of-a-kind mind-body practice. All modifications and progressions are encouraged!
